Booking Notes: Tektite requires a minimum age of 18 for all occupants. All other units have a minimum guest age of 12. Studios and 1 bedroom max guests: 2, 2 bedrooms max guests: 4. If you wish to book a 2 bedroom for 2 guests please include a note in your inquiry and we will update the quote.

Early Check In/Late Check Out: If you are coming from/going to another accommodation or have a late/early flight and want to guarantee an early arrival or late departure please let us know ASAP. If the night before/day after your reservation is available we can block the day before or the night after for 1/2 of the nightly rate to ensure availability.
